The function test system has a scalable platform, which allows the integration of market usual standard modules. Fields of applications are the check of boards and devices as Cluster or its whole function.
The hardware is realized by market usual standard devices, based on PXI or GPIB and RS232. with the TIICA-Interface System in the 19¡± rack can be comfortably, differentially switched over a 7 wire-bus system. There are several electronic modules available-amongst others different relaiy cards, generator cards, special NF- and HF-cards, load cards, as well ad voltage sources, IO cards and light conductor-input. The control of the TIICA-unit is effected by an industry PC and by the according system software"WinSPArk".
The system software WinSPArk runs with Windows 2000/XP and demands no programming knowledge. All functions necessary for the testing , like barcode, calculation functions, statistics and database connections are implemented in WinSPArk. The clearly arranged test sequencer is available in tabular form and enables the entering of the parameter by a dialogue box. By a DLL interface external software modules can be integrated in each step. |
